Student and alumni affairs

The system of graduate studies at the Institute (Ibn Al-Haytham) supports programs that operate on the credit hour system and the academic year and provides many services for students and graduates as follows:

• The system performs a statistical analysis of the data and the results are in the form of statistics, reports and graphs.
• The system provides students with a secure entrance through which they can view their data as well as results, and allows students of credit hours to register for academic courses.
• The system provides the thesis supervisor with a special entrance through which the supervising students can be viewed and communicated with them from within the system.

• The system provides a private and secure entrance for the control members to enter and review the results.
• The system allows students wishing to apply for postgraduate studies to enter and record progress data on the system.
• The system sends the entry data to the applicants to allow them to enter the system after they have been accepted for postgraduate studies.
