Prof. Dr. Ashraf El-Araby, President of the Institute of National Planning, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Attia, Vice-President of the Institute for Research and Graduate Studies, opened the sessions of the first day of the program, which extended for three days from 20-22 September, which includes 18 collective research published in The Planning and Development Issues Series contains 3 scientific reports and 15 research papers on the project to deepen local industrialization in Egypt
